Outdoor Play

We have been having fun playing outside with our new slide toy (thanks Brooke!) and bubbles! The weather has been beautiful! Here are some highlights of Turner playing outside.

Playing on her new slide - and hamming it up for the camera

What almost 2 year-old doesn't LOVE bubbles!

Looking so innocent!

Chasing Bubbles - looking so much like a big girl in this picture!

Definitely a Mommy's girl this past weekend!

My two kids - Marty looking up and wanting to chase the airplane!

Marty after rolling around in the grass! Yes, it took awhile to get all the grass out of his hair.

Looking forward to more fun times with this beautiful weather! Now just hoping the pollen goes away very soon!

March comes in like a lion...

Happy March! It definitely came in like a lion yesterday. Cold, wet, rainy and snowy! The most snow in Atlanta was South of us. We got more rain than snow. It was still pretty at times to watch it come down. Luckily I was inside all day and didn't really have to mess with it.

It was a GREAT weekend!

Friday night, we had date night with two of our very best friends, Stephanie and Brian. Basically it was one last HOORAH before Baby Kaiden comes. We had a HUGE meal at Maggiano's. Feasted on lots of great Italian dishes. So much fun! It was a great evening. Samantha and Brian were supposed to join us but Brian has hurt his back and couldn't move. Thanks to my parents for watching both Turner and Kamryn. The two girls had so much fun together.

Saturday, Turner and I ran to Target while Aaron got ready for the wedding he was djing that afternoon. After Turner got up from her nap, we decided to get out of the house and head towards the mall, however, we got detoured. Stephanie was in labor and she was going to head to the hospital after she finished eating dinner. So Turner and I instead had dinner closer to home and then went over to hang out with Kamryn while Stephanie and Brian went to the hospital. I spent the night over there to hang out with Kamryn.

So glad we did our last hoorah dinner that Friday night because Baby Kaiden was born at 10:02pm Saturday night. Stephanie's mom came into town to watch Kamryn while they are in the hospital. I sat with Stephanie for about 4 hours yesterday while Brian helped her mom get comfortable at home with Kamryn. Baby Kaiden is a cutie! Very sweet. Didn't make much noise while I was there. So happy for the Campbell Family!

We haven't taken that many pictures since we have been back from Detroit. So I will definitely take some of Turner soon. She is definitely getting closer to two every day. She can be just as sweet as she can be one minute and very sassy the next.

Hope everyone has a great first week of March!
